Agreements

MacHouse is the seller and the customer is any legal entity purchasing a digital download product at seller's eShop (http://store.mhvt.net or http://store.mhouse-j.com).

1. Redistribution: Customer's redistribution of seller's products is prohibited in any form.
   
   
2. Cancellation: A customer can cancel his/her/its order at any time for a full refund as long as the purchased product has not been downloaded.  Once it's downloaded partially or fully, an order cancellation will not be accepted for any reason.
   
   
3. Use of digital download product: The customer is permitted to duplicate any number of copies of a digital download product to use only within the same local area network.  In other words, the customer must not duplicate a digital download product in order to use it in more than one local area network.
   
   
4. System compatibility: As far as QuickTime™ is concerned, the seller will not accept an order cancellation by the reason of system incompatibility.  The customer must check if his/her/its terminal meets the system requirements suggested by the seller.
